- If after an attempt to resolve issues with Support staff and your still feel the product(s) you purchased does/do not the best fit your requirements, we want to make things right.
Our policy offers a full refund within 14 days of your date of purchase. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request when you reach out to us directly.
All sales over $100 are final
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returned items must not be damaged or worn out allowing us to resell them. Returned items must be in the original packaging. Item(s) needs to be accompanied with receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Additionally, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning item(s).
theTravelingPostcard.com and our payment process submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible.
